Individual Suggestion System has been applied successfully in TEI since 1992. With this application, we aim at putting all ideas of blue collar workers who work in and out of manufacturing lines into practice. The understanding of “One who does the job, knows the best” lies behind this application. There are more than 4000 suggestions entered to Individual Suggestion System annually. Contribution of all these ideas to TEI is undeniable.
