Aim of TEI Human Resources is creating employment by employing the right person. Vacant position qualities are determined gathering competences which conform to TEI mission, vision and corporate culture and position competences. All applications are considered by human resources department and candidates having desired qualities are invited for the job interview.
After human resource department’s interview, foreign language exam and as a the result of technical interviews, when competences, qualifications and experiences expected form candidates are found in the resume of the person, this person is employed and joined to TEI family.
When the person is not found to be appropriate for that position, his/her resume is sent to candidate database to be saved for future positions.
