Awards
We have been awarded the "Supplier of the Year" award 3 times in the last decade by GE Aerospace, SAFRAN Aircraft Engines, and CFM International for high-quality parts, competitive prices, and flawless delivery operations for the world's most preferred engine programs such as LEAP, GEnx, GE9X, and CFM56. We are also the world's largest supplier of these engine programs.
We were deemed appropriate for the “Best Engine Maintenance Company” three consecutive times after the evaluations in view of criteria such as “on-time delivery, quality, and contract management” in the Depot Level Maintenance (DLM) project of TF33 engines of NATO AWACS aircraft.
According to the results of the Türkiye’s Top 1000 Exporters survey conducted by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM), we were ranked as Türkiye’s 54th Largest Exporter with our total export volume in 2024.
As part of the Defence and Aerospace Industry Global Strategies Conference, organized in collaboration with the Secretariat of Defence Industries and the Defence and Aerospace Industry Exporters’ Association, we were named the export leader in the “Aircraft Engines and Parts” category among the export champions recognized at this conference.
According to Turkishtime – R&D Top 500 survey, we are ranked as the 8th Company in Türkiye with the Highest R&D Spending.
According to the ISO500 list complied by the Istanbul Chamber of Industry, we are ranked as the 125th Largest Industrial Organization in Türkiye.
In the 10th Productivity Project Awards organized by the Ministry of Industry and Technology in 2025, we won first place in the Defense Industry Category with our "Operational Excellence and Lean Manufacturing Project".
In addition to our first prize, we also won 3 different gold certificates in the following areas,
- Indigenization of Design, Analysis and Manufacturing of Fixtures in the Inertial Welding Process Project
- 3DSL Measurement Automation Project
- PLC Automation Transformation of Chemical Process Lines Project
At InovaLIG, organized by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM) to promote innovation awareness and spread innovation cultures on interactive platforms, we won the first-place award in the “Innovation Organization and Culture” category in 2025 for our achievements in innovation management.
We have won awards from various national and international platforms for our developed processes, which reflect our talent management strategies for human resources.
In 2025, we were honoured with the Happy Workplace - Türkiye's Happiest Workplace award for the second time, with our practices focusing on employee experience. Our strategic workforce planning, data-driven talent management practices, and employee-focused initiatives earned us the "Best Talent Management Initiative Award" at the CIPD People Management Awards 2025. We recognized the success of our strong employer brand strategies, which we pursue to attract qualified human resources, by winning the gold award for the second time in the Employer Brand Strategy category at the Employer Brand Stars awards.
We won four awards at the Brandon Hall Excellence Awards: gold in the "Talent Acquisition," "Talent Management," and "Learning and Development" categories, and silver in the "Human Resources" category. Based on evaluations from students and young professionals, we ranked 2nd in the defense industry category of the Most Popular Companies list, and we are also among the top 10 companies for young professionals. Ranked 2nd in the defense industry category among the Most Popular Companies, based on evaluations by students and young professionals; we were among the top 10 companies on the Young Professionals' Most Popular Companies list. Among 180 companies, we won the bronze award in the Most Desirable Defense Industry category and the success award in the Most Popular Recruitment Program category at the Youth Awards, based on evaluations from over 190,000 students. Our Power Source Career program was also selected as one of the top 100 most popular talent programs in the Top 100 Talent Program 2025, determined by votes from young talents. It was chosen as the most popular talent program of the year in the Aviation and Defense Industry category for the fifth time!
In 2024, we were selected as an ATD Best for our talent development programs for young talent and colleagues. We were also honored with the "Human Resources Talent Acquisition" award at the 2024 Nuri Killigil Technology Awards. Teknopark İstanbul dedicates its award program to a different scientist each year.
Within the scope of the TULIP Environmental Awards, which recognize companies' efforts aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, we were honored with the Awareness-Raising Institution Award for our work in returning waste oil collected from our production activities to the Turkish economy.
As part of our circular economy business model and the ‘’Not Waste, Raw Material’’ awareness we have adopted, we were honored with gold award in the “Wastes Management and Recycling” category at the Green Apple Environment Awards among companies in the engineering and manufacturing sector.
With the excellent health, safety and welfare management standards we meet in all our campuses and production areas, we were awarded the “International Occupational Safety Award” by the British Safety Council in the field of Occupational Health and Safety in 2024.
In 2025, we were honored with several awards for our communication works.
Through the events we organized during the Aviation Women's Week, which includes March 8 Women's Day, and the projects we launched for our female employees, we were named the "Most Female-Friendly Corporation Worldwide" for the 9th time by the Institute for Women of Aviation Worldwide (IWOAW). Additionally, we won the "Leadership in Community Service and Corporate Social Responsibility" award for the second time with our social responsibility projects focusing on children, at the international "Communitas Awards", where the most socially sensitive social responsibility projects are evaluated. At the Hermes Creative Awards, which honors outstanding and innovative communication works, we won 4 awards, 2 platinum and 2 gold awards in different categories in 2025, following the awards we won in 2024. Our animated film "A Day at the Source of Power" and our "Enrichers of the Power" award program were honored with the Platinum award, the digital communication activities we carried out during the Aviation Women's Week, and our social responsibility activities focusing on children were honored with the Gold award.
In 2024, we also received the "Bronze Award" in the "Communication Department of the Year" category at the Stevie International Business Awards.
