CFM56

CFM56 commercial engine program has proved to be the most successful and the most reliable engine program with the record of 1 billion flight hours corresponding to 115,000 years, which was achieved in 2019. More than 30,000 engines, which are used by 550 different operators worldwide, are used in Airbus A318, A319, A320, A321 aircrafts, Boeing B737, AEC&C airborne early warning and P-8 Poseidon maritime patrol aircrafts.

TEI has assumed important duties and responsibilities for this engine program so far and it has completed 91 new NPI and proceeded to mass production so far. In the current status, TEI contributes to global advanced technology export capacity of the country greatly with 19 different parts and the annual manufacturing volume of 30 Million USD derived based on this engine program. Also, the fact that TEI is the only source in the world for many parts, which are manufactured in TEI under CFM56 program is the indication of high competition power and owned quality of TEI.
