Having carried out 9 national engine projects in 6 years, TEI has was awarded the Employee Loyalty Award in the 2019 Kincentric Best Employers Research for the 3rd time in succession thanks to the activities it carried out in the field of human resources.
As a result of projects carried out based on an innovative approach with a focus on leadership, agility and talent, TEI took employee loyalty to the “Best Employers” level. While “Employee Satisfaction” was 73% across Turkey, TEI hit the top with 89%. In a similar way, whereas “Employee Loyalty” was 55% across Turkey, TEI was awarded the “Best Employer” in this category with 74% for the 3rd time.
“We provide suitable environments to take the opinions and expectations of our employees in the human resources projects we carry out and we hold focus group discussions. We plan trainings aimed at the areas of development and career plans of our employees. We evaluate the competences of our managers and keep track of their development. We attach importance to the continuation of the feedback process at all levels sophisticatedly. We have modernized our recognition, appreciation and reward systems in the recent years and are running them. We award our successful employees in ceremonies attended by our senior management and a crowded group of company staff, and announce their success throughout the company. Moreover, we have an “Employee Awards” system, in which employees award each other. In this type of award, employees nominate their colleagues for the award and a reward committee that is made up, again, of employees determines the employees to be awarded.” said Prof. Mahmut F.
