TEI, the leader of our country in the aviation engines, continues to make a name for itself with its social responsibility activities in the education field.
Türkiye’s leading engine company TEI, which attracts attention with the importance it attaches to the education in social responsibility activities, has established a computer laboratory in Eskişehir Osmangazi University (ESOGU) Sivrihisar Vocational School.
The laboratory, which had been established with this support of 25 desktop computers and network hardware, was opened on November 28th. Chancellor of Eskişehir Osmangazi University Prof. Kamil Çolak, District Governor of Sivrihisar Hüseyin Sayın, Mayor of Sivrihisar Hamid Yüzügüllü, TEI CEO Prof. Mahmut F. Akşit, Vice Chancellors of Eskişehir Osmangazi University Prof. Ramazan Erdağ and Prof. Hakan Demiral, President of Vocational School Prof. Murat Olgun, Mufti Mustafa Budak, District Director of National Education Erdoğan Bozkurt and the guests have participated in the opening ceremony.
During his speech at the opening ceremony, Prof. Çolak has said that “I would like to thank TEI, which is an important organization of our city, for the support it has given to our institution and the education. We have gained a laboratory, which would provide an important contribution to our students, for our school.” Also, Akşit, who has mentioned the importance they attached to the education during his speech at the opening ceremony, has said that: “We give various supports to many education institutions at the different levels. We have also provided a computer laboratory to Eskişehir Osmangazi University Sivrihisar Vocational School.”
