Türkiye's leading company in aviation engines TEI, launched “TEI Professional Program” and adding a new one to its training and development programs for young talents.
TEI announced the 11-week online training and development program TEI Professional. In the program, young professionals will be provided with behavioral competency training, which includes technical knowledge and dynamics of working life in the field of aviation engines. Participants, who will increase their knowledge of aviation engines with the technical trainings to be given by TEI engineers who are experts in their fields, will achieve gains in behavioral competencies with the development trainings to be delivered by personal development professionals.

The trainings of the TEI Aviation Engines School, which was launched by TEI in 2020 and ongoing for 3 seasons, are also continuing. In the program, 3rd and 4th year university students increase their knowledge of aviation engines by getting to know the aviation industry closely.
