TEI, Türkiye's leading company in aviation engines, has been powering aircraft for 39 years.
TEI, which manufactures engines that are the heart of indigenous and national platforms and provides critical parts for the world's most preferred engine programs, is 39 years old.
TEI, which flew Türkiye's first indigenous helicopter engine on the 100th anniversary of Türkiye and broke records with its unmanned aerial vehicle engines, celebrated its 39th anniversary with events organized throughout the week.
In his statement to the company employees, Prof. Fahrettin Öztürk, Chaairman of TEI, said: "I sincerely congratulate all our colleagues who have contributed to our work that will shape the future of our country, and I wish you many more 39 years full of success." TEI CEO Prof. Mahmut F. Akşit said in his message: "We continue our journey, which we started 39 years ago, as a world-class aircraft engine company. The indigenous and national engines we have brought to our country are the work of TEI employees."
As it has become a tradition, TEI gave gifts to the families of the babies who opened their eyes to life this week. Donations were made to the Turkish Red Crescent Eskişehir Branch, and the prepared love bundles were presented to the mothers who gave birth in Eskişehir City Hospital, Eskişehir Osmangazi University Health, Practice, and Research Hospital, and Eskişehir L Type Closed Penitentiary Institution.
As part of the celebrations, Öztürk, Akşit, and members of the TEI Board of Directors, together with TEI employees, left their mark on the board prepared to commemorate the 39th anniversary of the company at the "Tell 39 Years in 1 Word" event organized at TEI Eskişehir Campus.
