TEI Introduced Aviation to Female Students at Women of Aviation Worldwide Week

In addition to the kits prepared and sent to Hatay for the women and children affected by the earthquake disaster that deeply shook our country, as part of the Women of Aviation Worldwide Week, TEI organized the "Strong Steps to the Center of Aviation" event. In the event, with the coordination of Eskişehir Provincial Director of National Education, TEI hosted female students from Fatih Science High School and Eskişehir Anatolian High School in Eskişehir Campus. After the company introduction presentation and the sector introductory speeches, the event continued with a tour of the campus. During the campus tour, female students learned on-site how aviation engine parts are produced and TEI's capabilities in this field. Visiting the engine test facilities after the workshop tour, the students also had the opportunity to see the indigenous and national aviation engines developed by Türkiye's leading engine company TEI.

Speaking at the event, Eskişehir Provincial Director of National Education Pervin Töre said, “When we look at our precious young girls, we smile, you are the future of our country. I would like to thank TEI, a global brand in its sector, for the importance it attaches to education in its social responsibility projects.”

TEI was chosen as the “Company that most Values its Women Employees” 6 times by the Institute for Woman of Aviation Worldwide / iWOAW for the activities it held in previous years and the practices it implemented for its female employees.
