TEI, Türkiye's leading company in aviation engines, achieved significant success in the "Most Popular Companies 2025" survey conducted with the participation of students and young professionals. In the survey, TEI ranked 2nd in the "Defense Industry" category and among the top 10 companies in the general ranking.
The Most Popular Companies, the most comprehensive perception research on employer brands in Türkiye, was organized for the 16th time this year. 91,342 university students and 39,533 young professionals from across Türkiye participated in the survey. Voted by over 130 thousand participants, TEI's position in the list again demonstrated its corporate reputation, the brand perception among young talents, and its preferability as an employer.
In the survey conducted by Realta Consulting, companies were evaluated under 74 different headings, such as corporate culture, career opportunities, innovation competence, and candidate communication. TEI attracted attention among young people with its corporate values, development-oriented human resources practices, and activities aligned with its "National Competence Move" vision.
