TEI, Türkiye's leading company in aviation engines, has received eight awards across various categories, both nationally and internationally.
Renowned for its achievements across all areas of operation, TEI has received a total of eight awards, including the "Happiest Workplace in Türkiye" award for the second time, in recognition of its employee experience–focused practices; the "Most Women-Friendly Company Worldwide" award for the ninth time, in recognition of the events it organized as part of Women of Aviation Worldwide Week and the projects it has run for its female employees; the "Leadership in Community Service and Corporate Social Responsibility" award for the second time, for its ongoing social responsibility projects; the Human Resources Talent Acquisition award at the Nuri Killigil Technology Awards organized by Teknopark Istanbul; and, finally, two gold and two platinum awards from "Hermes Creative Awards" for its outstanding and innovative work in corporate communications.
Aiming for excellence across all areas of operation and focusing on employee experience, TEI has been honored with the "Happiest Workplace in Türkiye" award for the second time. Based on the high scores it received in the "Employee Satisfaction Survey" conducted by Happy Place to Work across all employees, TEI was recognized with the "Outstanding Employee Experience" status. TEI has also been honored with the Human Resources Talent Acquisition Award at the Nuri Killigil Technology Awards. Prof. Mahmut F. Akşit, TEI's CEO, received the award from Prof. Dr. Haluk Görgün, President of the Defense Industries, at the award ceremony organized by Teknopark Istanbul.
TEI has been honored for the 8th time by the "Institute for Women of Aviation Worldwide" (IWOAW) as the "The Most Women Friendly Company Worldwide" in recognition of the events it held for female students as part of the Women of Aviation Worldwide Week and of the opportunities it provided to its female employees. In celebration of the Women of Aviation Worldwide Week, TEI held special events for its female employees under the "Strong Women of Aviation" program and brought together female middle and high school students through the "First Steps to Aviation" program to introduce them to the aviation and defense industries.
TEI won the "Leadership in Community Service and Corporate Social Responsibility" award for the second time at the international "Communitas Awards", which recognize the most socially sensitive social responsibility projects. This award was presented in recognition of projects that touched the lives of children—particularly through TEKNOFEST, where TEI is a stakeholder—as well as intelligence workshops and support projects for village schools.
Receiving awards across various categories at the "Hermes Creative Awards", which recognize outstanding and innovative initiatives in the field of communication, TEI was honored with a total of four awards, including two platinum awards for its animated film "Gücün Kaynağında Bir Gün" (A Day at the Source of Power) and the "Güce Değer Katanlar Ödül Töreni" (Enrichers of the Power Award program), and two gold awards for its digital communication efforts during Women of Aviation Worldwide Week and its child-focused social responsibility initiatives.
