The Women of Aviation Week is celebrated every year by the Institute for Women of Aviation Worldwide (IWOAW) by organizing events to introduce the aviation industry to female students and inspire them. In this context, in 2020, TEI was selected for the 2nd time as the Most Female Friendly Coporation Worldwide among the companies that organized events from 49 different countries.
In 2020, the 10th edition of the Women in Aviation Week, TEI organized an interview with Women in Aviation, bringing together female students with professionals working in the aviation industry. Following the interview, the most correct answers were rewarded with the Aerial Questions Quiz Contest. At the same time, students had the opportunity to observe on site how an aviation engine is produced from the entry of raw materials into the factory to its exit as a product with the "TEI Workshop Tour".
TEI has won the "The Most Female Friendly Coporation Worldwide" award twice with the events it has organized since 2016; in addition to these awards, it has also received awards in categories such as "Best Organizer" and "Most Productive Event Organizer".
