TEI was found to deserve four different awards as part of the 10th Productivity Project Awards, held by the General Directorate of Strategic Research and Productivity of the Ministry of Industry and Technology.
In the annually held program that aims to encourage public and private sector organizations to develop productivity-oriented projects, introduce successful practices, and foster knowledge and experience sharing, Prof. Mahmut F. Akşit, TEI's CEO, received the first prize in the Defense Industry Category for the "Operational Excellence and Lean Manufacturing Project" from Mehmet Fatih Kacır, the Minister of Industry and Technology.
Alongside winning first prize in the Defense Industry Category, TEI was also awarded certificates for three other projects—"Indigenization of Design, Analysis and Manufacturing of Fixtures in the Inertial Welding Process," "3DSL Measurement Automation Project," and "PLC Automation Transformation of Chemical Process Lines Project", which brought the total number of awarded projects to four.
Building a reputation with the pioneering achievements it has brought to Türkiye in the field of aviation engines, TEI aims to continue delivering value-added projects in the upcoming years by incorporating its corporate productivity and sustainability approach into its operational processes.
