TEI has been elected as the Most Female Friendly Corporation for the 3rd consecutive year by the The Institute for Women of Aviation Worldwide.
Events organized as part of Women of Aviation Worldwide Week, which has been celebrated annually since 2010 to inspire female students and promote the aviation industry, took place this year under pandemic conditions. TEI, hosted female students in its campus in previous years, has organized activities online this year. More than 2000 people watched TEI’s YouTube channel and TEI Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Director Yeliz Çetinkaya, TEI Turboshaft System Design Integration Manager Fatoş Bahar Çekyay and TEI Quality System and Certification Technical Leader Ayşin Özkan answered the questions of female students in online interview. Various gifts were given to the participants with the knowledge quiz held after the interview.
During this week which also includes Women's Day, TEI, which does not forget its female employees, has given gifts to all its female employees and taken photos in memory of the day in photo corner.
TEI, which has made a name for itself with its manufacturing contributions to aviation industry worldwide and breaking grounds in Turkey in the field of aviation engines; has stood out from hundreds of companies from 52 different countries participating in Women of Aviation Worldwide Week and showed how it values its employees with this award.
