TEI has been selected for the 7th time as the Company that Most Values its Women Employees by the Institute for Women of Aviation Worldwide.
With the applications it has commissioned for its female employees and the activities it carried out to introduce aviation to female students, TEI was selected for the 7th time as the "Company that Most Values its Women Employees" by the Institute for Women of Aviation Worldwide.
TEI reached a total of 1,600 people with its Strong Steps to the Center of Aviation and Strong Women of Aviation with You projects, as part of the Women of Aviation Worldwide week, which has been celebrated with various events around the world to introduce the aviation industry to female students since 2010.
TEI hosted female students at the Eskişehir Campus at the Strong Steps to the Center of Aviation event; while showing the students how parts of aviation engines are produced, TEI also provided the opportunity to see Türkiye's original and national aviation engines on site.
After the earthquake disasters in February, TEI delivered the hygiene kits and kits for kids it prepared on behalf of its female employees to Hatay with the project “The Strong Women of Aviation is with You”, which was organized for the supplies of women in the region.
TEI became the only company from Türkiye to receive an award in the program, in which a total of 16 awards were given in different categories among 2,178 events held in 56 countries.
