TEI, Türkiye's leading aviation engine company, celebrated National Sovereignty and Children’s Day on April 23 with an original animated movie. Drawing inspiration from the story of Hezârfen Ahmed Çelebi, a symbolic figure in Turkish aviation history, the film takes children on an inspiring journey while explaining the basic operating principles of aircraft engines in simple, easy-to-understand language.

In the animated movie titled “A Journey From Wings to the Source of Power,” the story of Hezârfen Ahmed Çelebi—who is said to have flown from Galata Tower across the Bosphorus centuries ago—takes center stage, while the fundamental dynamics of aviation technology are conveyed in a narrative designed to spark children’s curiosity. Aimed at increasing children’s interest in science and engineering, this initiative brings TEI’s engineering expertise in aviation engines together with social benefit.
While TEI continues to contribute to Türkiye’s independence in the skies through its national engine projects, it also encourages young generations to dream and turn those dreams into reality through its communication efforts.
