TEI Academy, which supports the development journey of TEI employees in an inclusive and accessible manner, conducts 78% of its current employee training with internal trainers. In this context, a Teachers' Day celebration event was held at the Eskişehir campus with the participation of Prof. Dr. Mahmut Faruk Akşit, CEO of TEI, for 436 internal trainers working at the Momentum Internal Trainer School. At the event, Akşit congratulated the employees on Teachers' Day and thanked the internal trainers for their support of in-house training. With the Momentum Internal Trainer School program, TEI was also awarded the best in the Internal Trainer Development Program Category at the TEGEP Education and Development Awards.
As part of the annual teacher visits coordinated by the Eskişehir Provincial Directorate of National Education, this year's visit was to Hasan Gündüz, a teacher of Religious Culture and Ethics who has spent 40 years in the profession and is the most senior teacher in the city. Gündüz, who began his teaching career in 1985, the year TEI was founded, and continues to work at Şehit Mustafa Türker Primary School today, accepted congratulations and thanks for his contributions to Türkiye's future through raising generations.
TEI will continue to support education through various programs grounded in continuous development and lifelong learning, as well as social responsibility projects that touch the lives of students of all ages.
