TEI, which has previously won the "Employee Loyalty Special Achievement Award" for 3 consecutive years in research conducted within the scope of the Best Employers Program received the "Best Employer" award, the highest classification in all categories, after projects with an innovative approach to employee loyalty as well as agility, commitment, leadership and talent focus.
TEI received this award thanks to its annual improvement surveys in various fields including employee expectations in order to create a constructive and positive culture in the company and touch its employees more. In the recent period in which human resources applications such as performance system, career development system, premium system, reward recognition system are handled with an innovative approach, loyalty has been increased more through new business models aiming to increase agile organization, flexible working, remote working and cross-team collaboration.
