TEI – TUSAŞ Engine Industries Inc. met up female students in an online activity organized within the scope of Women of Aviation Worldwide Week activities.
In the "Have Aviator Women Say" interview, which has been broadcasted live on TEI YouTube channel, Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Director Yeliz Cetinkaya, Turboshaft System Design Integration Manager Fatos Bahar Çekyay and Quality System and Certification Technical Leader Ayşin Özkan answered the questions of the female students and shared their own stories and experiences. Various gifts were given to the participants who achieved the highest scores in the knowledge contest held after the interview.
Women of Aviation Worldwide Week commemorates the license of the world's first female pilot on 8th of March each year. It has been celebrated for 11 years with various activities in order to introduce the aviation sector to female students and to inspire them. Since 2016, TEI has received worldwide awards such as "Best Organizer", "Most Productive Event Organizer", "Most Female Friendly Corporation Worldwide" with the events it organized in this context.
