TEI, Türkiye's leading aviation engine company, won three awards. TEI was named “The Most Female Friendly Corporation Worldwide" for the 10th time, in recognition of its activities during Women of Aviation Worldwide Week. TEI also received the “Most Participants” award at the Pink Paper Airplane Awards, also as part of the week’s events. For the third time, TEI reached the “Leadership in Community Service and Corporate Social Responsibility” award, honoring its development-education initiatives that support social development.
TEI has received various awards for years through initiatives such as “First Steps in Aviation” (introducing aviation to female students), the “Women in Aviation Mentorship Program” (facilitating knowledge sharing among employees), and “Strong Women in Aviation” (organized for female employees) during Women of Aviation Worldwide Week. In 2026, TEI was selected for the 10th time by the Women of Aviation Worldwide (iWOAW) as “The Most Female Friendly Corporation Worldwide” for its events. Also under the same program, TEI received the “Pink Paper Plane-Flying Special Award – Most Participants” for attracting the highest number of participants across more than 300 pink paper plane-flying events worldwide.
TEI continues to support social development and raise awareness about aviation engines. The company was honored for the third time by the Communitas Awards for “Leadership in Community Service and Corporate Social Responsibility.” This recognition was for initiatives including the Aviation Engines School, Aviation Technician School, TEI Professional, İş Hayatına 5 Kala (Just Before Career Life - Education and Development Program), KampüsTEIz (We are in Campus - Visiting Program), Benim Mühendislik Hikayem (My Engineering Story - Experience Sharing Program), the Women in Aviation Mentorship Program, and technical tours.
TEI shares its knowledge and experience with the community at all levels, from pre-undergraduate to graduate, as well as through vocational training and technical expertise. This fosters a comprehensive human resources ecosystem that supports the development of young talent. The ecosystem, designed for inclusive growth and sustainable social impact, helps TEI develop qualified human resources in aviation engines under the Secretariat of Defense Industries’ “National Competency Initiative” vision, alongside the many other awards it has received.
