Fly Your Career Summer Internship Program, in which students studying in the 3rd and 4th grades of universities work in the technical and administrative departments of TEI for 20 to 30 working days between June and September.
The program is our compulsory summer internship program where students have the opportunity to see the aviation and defense industry closely, observe and experience business life, and participate in training programs specially prepared for them.

Career at the Source of Power, Long Term Internship Program is a part-time working model that we organize for university 4th grade students, where students can work part-time in the projects assigned to them for 6 months, and gain knowledge about our company and projects, as well as get real working experience with our expert staff in the field.

University-Industry Collaboration plays an active role in creation of expertise and database infrastructure in design and manufacturing and in development of internationally-recognizable design and manufacturing capabilities at TEI in line with its vision of becoming a preeminent, high-quality and competitive aircraft engine manufacturer worldwide and with the strategic targets it has set for this purpose.
The primary objective of the collaboration between Universities and TEI is to combine the available resources of universities and that of TEI to carry out systematic studies in cooperation, based on a defined plan in order to become stronger scientifically, technologically and economically.
By this program, which is called Co-Op and implemented as long-term internship, the students take the opportunity to experience business life by working on a project under the mentorship of the coach assigned to them.

Successful students studying at Vocational High Schools in Eskisehir may serve their Vocational Training internship at TEI as part of this project carried out by TEI in cooperation with the Governor's Office and Provincial Directorate of National Education in Eskisehir. Students are selected by TEI in collaboration with the Provincial Directorate of National Education, and they are accepted for the internship program based on their success rating at their schools.

TEI School of Aviation Engines
TEI School of Aeronautics encourages students interested in aviation to take part in the aviation industry with online training opportunities and provides a real job experience for students who aim a career in the aviation sector and propulsion systems.
Classes in TEI School of Aviation Engines are given by Turkey’s most qualified and talented engineers working in TEI.
At TEI School of Aviation Engines, students in the 3rd and 4th grades of the relevant engineering faculties gain basic knowledge about almost every topic related to aviation engines in the courses held online for 14 weeks on all Saturdays except public holidays.
We have a wide range of course pool from basic principles of gas turbine engines to their design, from materials used in aviation engines to their maintenance-repair-revision principles, from piston engines used in aviation to their safety issues.
Students who meet the 80% attendance requirement and succeed in the mini-exams that will take place in the courses are given a certificate of participation; the most successful students in the graduation step are evaluated in the recruitment processes, and the most successful students in the 3rd grade are evaluated in the long-term part-time internship program.
