  1. Can I apply by bringing CV or e-mailing to your company?

  1. How to know if there is an available position in TEI?

  1. I could not find any suitable position in the posted jobs of yours. Can I still apply?

You may apply for the positions  “White-Collars General Application” and/or “Blue-Collar General Application” placed in Kariyer.net website.

  1. Is there any limit of application number that I can apply? Can I also apply for different positions at the same time?

No, there is not any limitations in this regard. However, if you apply for the jobs matching up with your qualities specified in your CV, the evaluation chance of your application will increase. You may apply for more than one job post that you are interested and consider it to be matching with your competencies.

  1. I have applied, but I have received no feedback. What should I do?

In case you meet the criteria needed in available positions and are invited to interview, you get involved in our recruitment process. A feedback is provided to those candidates involved in our recruitment process. And those candidates who are not involved in recruitment process, are not given any feedback.

  1. What are the valid English exam scores for TEI’s recruitment process?

TOEFL IBT – 79 and above, / IELTS – 6,5 and above exam scores are valid, if received in the last two years. Those candidates who do not have the exam result, practice an English exam via the Wall Street English (WSE) exam center with which our company has an agreement, within the scope of the position. Your exam results is received a day after your exam by TEI. The process is carried on with those candidates who pass the minimum score needed for the recruitment process. By acknowledging them, the process is ceased with those candidates who cannot sustain the minimum passing score.

  1. I got involved in the recruitment process. Do I get a positive or negative feedback?

We absolutely provide positive/negative feedback to all our candidates involved in our recruitment process when the evaluation process is complete

  1. What are the most demanding engineering departments in TEI?

In TEI, recruitments are executed from all the relevant departments, particulary as below:

  1.  Is grade point average important in the recruitment process?

Grade point average is taken into consideration during selection and evaluation process, however it is not the mere criteria used in our recruitment process.

  1. How the recruitment and interview process work?

Applications are examined within the scope of competencies specified in the job post by Human Resources and technical teams. Those candidates who will be involved in the recruitment process are determined by pre-selection. Those candidates who are competent at the foreign language exam, are appointed to an evaluation center application including an online personality item test, general talent test, 2. Phase English exam, and video interviews to be completed prior to technical interview based on the needs of the position. In this application, technical exam/test applications can also take place depending on the needs of the position. In case the evaluation center is resulted positively, a technical interview process starts. A feedback is given to the candidate for the relevant position at the end of interview process.

  1. Is it important to point out to a reference in my Curriculum Vitae?

 You are expected to state those people as reference who can provide knowledge about you in the sense of professionalism among the people that you have worked with in the previous job/internship of yours and/or your university professors.

  1. I have already had a job interview resulted with a negative feedback. Can I apply for the jobs, again?

Although your job application that you were interviewed with is evaluated negative, you can involve in our recruitment process again in case a position that you think of it as a match.

  1. Do you support MSc and PhD programs?

MSc and PhD are supported in a sense of academic take off in case they are about a subject that can support the employee’s job in TEI. This take off is once in a week with paid leave, and there needs no compensation for it. In case the subject is different from the employee’s job in TEI, the support is given in a sense of compensation take off. A take off is still given once in a week, and a compensation is needed.

  1. I graduated from high school. Are there job opportunities suitable for me at TEI?

If you are graduated from the Vocational High School and have relevant experience in your field, your application will be evaluated within our available  positions.

  1. When are exams held for technician recruitments?

There is no routine exam schedule for technician recruitments. Exam / program applications are made in line with the company needs.

  1. Do you have a Part-Time Intern Engineer program? How can I apply?

  1. When can I make summer term internship applications?

Applications are received during February-March every year. The channel through which the applications will be received is announced on our website.

  1. What are admission criterias for the internship?

The admission criterias are studying in undergraduate programs related to the fields of activity of TEI, being completed at least the 2nd grade, that the internship should be in the compulsory internship category and the grade point average. (Grade point average is evaluated based on the number of students applying each year and their general success.)

  1. Do you provide accommodation for interns?

Interns provide their own accommodation.

  1. How many working days can I do internship in summer term?

As standard, 20 working days of internship can be done. Up to 30 working days can be provided if needed, on the condition that the insurance is covered by the school.

  1. Do you have an internship practice during semesters?

Summer term internship applications are evaluated.

  1. How to apply for the Co-op long term internship?

Co-Op long-term internship program is evaluated specific to every year. When it is decided to recruit co-op students, promotional posters are delivered to the schools we cooperate with for application. Applications are subjected to the evaluation process with the method specified in the posters.

  1. How to apply for Vocational High School Internships?

Applications are not accepted for vocational high school internship processes. Students who will do internship in line with the needs of our institution are determined by the Ministry of National Education.
