TEI Cannot Get Enough of Awards!

Türkiye’s leading company in the aviation engines, TEI, continues its achievements by receiving 10 awards in total from the national and international platforms thanks to its practices it has put into use during the processes of Human Resources and Corporate Communication.

TEI, which was deemed worthy of the “Best Employer Award” for all the categories in Türkiye in 2021, has its name written among The Best Employers in the international platforms, too.

TEI has received an award as the “Employer of the Year” in this platform, where the best companies are evaluated in the international arena by “Global Business Excellence Awards” event. TEI has received this award due to its approaches focused on the employee loyalty and satisfaction. Moreover, thanks to Career Engineering Candidate at the Source of Power Program, it has been crowned with success by receiving a second award in the category of “People Development” at the “Global Business Excellence Awards” event.

At the program of “Middle East and North Africa Stevie Awards” within the scope of “Stevie Awards” event, an international program where the best companies worldwide are rewarded, thanks to Aviation Engines School which is an online training program where more than 8,000 attendants have participated in 2022, TEI has been deemed worthy of “the Golden Award” in the category of “Human Resources Management Planning and Practice”. Furthermore, it has also received a “Bronze Award” thanks to its Talent Management Strategy studies in the category of Human Resources Management Planning and Practice.

TEI has received 1 bronze award in the category of “Internal Communication Team of the Year” at the “Stevie Awards for Great Employers” program, thanks to its successful and visionary internal communication activities intended for its employees and it has received 1 more bronze award at the “International Business Awards Program” thanks to its studies related to the employee loyalty and motivation. TEI has won 4 awards in total at the Stevie Awards in 2022.

At the Human Capital Management program within the scope of “Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards” event, which is recognized as one of the most prestigious business awards of the world, TEI has received “Golden Award” in the category of “Best Unique/Innovative Talent Acquisition Program” by putting its innovative applications in the field of human resources into practice, thanks to its industry leading Aviation Engines School application. At the same award event, it has received 2 Excellence awards as “Silver Award” in the category of “Best Advance in Talent Acquisition Process” thanks to its Career Engineering Candidate at the Source of Power Program.

TEI has also been chosen as “The Most Female Friendly Corporation” for the 7th time by “Institute for Women of Aviation Worldwide (IWOAW)” for both the events it has held for the school girls in the Women of Aviation Week and the opportunities it has provided for its women employees.

Career at the Source of Power Candidate Engineering Program, which was designed by TEI in order to prepare young talents for the business life, has been chosen as “The Most Favourite Talent Program” in the category of “Aviation and Defense Industry” at the Top 100 Talent Program 2022, which uses the votes of young people to determine the winner.

In his statement on the matter, TEI CEO Prof. Mahmut F. Akşit said: “This year, more than 8,000 students have participated in our TEI Aviation Engines School program, which we started along with more than 5,000 attendants in 2021. We take pride in being deemed worthy of the “Golden Award” for each of the “Stevie Awards” and “Brandon Hall Group” events worldwide, thanks to the first online engine school project in the aviation industry, which is a pretty wide industry. Moreover, we also feel honoured for both being deemed worthy of the grand prize by our youth in Türkiye for our engineering candidate program, with which we have given our youth opportunities to get to know our industry and company and gain experience and undertake responsibility in technical field in their university years and also for being deemed worthy of an award by international organizations “Global Business Excellence” and “Brandon Hall Group”. Furthermore, thanks to our human focused management perspective within the scope of Talent Management Strategy, “Stevie” awards and “Global Business Excellence” awards, which we have won as a result of our internal communication applications that increase the interaction between the employees, are the indication of our international success in the field of human resources. We are also happy for being deemed worthy of an award for the 7th time by “Institute for Women of Aviation Worldwide”, thanks to the works which we have performed for our women employees. We are really proud to see that the works, which we performed in the field of human resources, have been appreciated with 10 national and international awards in 2022.”
