TEI's innovative human resources projects in employee engagement, talent management, talent acquisition, learning, and development were recognized with three gold and one silver award at the Brandon Hall Excellence Awards. As part of the awards program, TEI won gold in the "Talent Acquisition," "Talent Management," and "Learning and Development" categories, and silver in the "Human Resources" category.
In the field of human resources, TEI was also honored with the “Best Talent Management Initiative Award” at the CIPD People Management Awards 2025 for its strategic workforce planning, data-driven talent management practices, and employee-focused initiatives.
TEI was the best in the Internal Trainer Development Program category at the TEGEP Education and Development Awards with its Momentum Internal Trainer School program.
Through its initiatives, TEI has secured a place in young people's career goals. Among 180 different companies, TEI received over 190,000 student evaluations and won the bronze award in the Most Desirable Defense Industry Company category and the success award in the Most Popular Recruitment Program category with its Career Internship Program at the Source of Power at the Youth Awards.
With its employer brand strategies aimed at attracting qualified talent, TEI was awarded the gold prize for the second time in the Employer Brand Strategy category at the Employer Brand Stars awards presented by the Employer Brand Academy.
